Mostafa Maita, DO
Interventional Pain Specialist
Dr. Maita is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain medicine specialist. He focuses on spine and joint pain. His journey includes a fellowship at Mayo Clinic's Scottsdale campus, where he received the Above and Beyond Award for patient care. Prior to that, he earned his medical degree from Midwestern University and completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas in San Antonio, where he was chief resident and recognized with the Gold Humanism award for patient care and research. His passion lies in restoring healing through cutting-edge natural biologic treatments, and understanding how each organ system works together to promote overall wellness.

Arrash Kirkland, MD, FAAPMR
Interventional Pain Specialist
Dr. Arrash Kirkland, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained physician specializing in interventional spine and pain management. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident and gained experience treating student-athletes. Dr. Kirkland further honed his expertise with a fellowship in interventional spine and pain management at Michigan State University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been recognized with the Vitals.com Patients' Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Recognition. Dr. Kirkland is dedicated to providing innovative, comprehensive, and personalized treatments to restore functionality and improve the quality of life for his patients.

Adam Parsons, MD
Physician
Dr. Adam Parsons was born in Dallas, Texas where he competed as a competitive multi-sport athlete and eventually earned a 4.0 GPA while playing varsity football at Texas Tech university. With a major in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Spanish, Dr Parsons graduated in 2008 and was admitted into medical school at the University of Texas in Houston. After completing his Internal Medicine residency in 2015, Dr. Parsons returned to Fort Worth to undergo a one year fellowship in sports medicine and interventional pain management. He has since tailored his practice to focus on lifestyle and wellness, encouraging his patients to focus on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing in order to live life to its fullest potential. He takes pride in developing strong relationships with his patients, and makes every effort to make sure his patients understand and agree with his plan of care. After 10 years in practice, Dr Parsons has furthered his training in the scope of Functional and Regenerative medicine. Utilizing a blend of traditional and non-traditional treatment modalities unique to each patient, he strives to help patients acheive their full potential with regards to living long and liiving well. His unique blend of experience and passion ensures that each patient receives a treatment protocol distinct to their individual needs.

Dr. Shane Stidham, MD
Physician
Dr. Stidham has been performing interventional pain management procedures at his Norman, Oklahoma clinic and surgery center for the past 16 years. In 2022, Dr. Stidham performed the first Discseel procedure in Oklahoma. Discseel provides his patients the ability to become pain free without spine surgery and this is now the focus of his medical practice. Dr. Stidham received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University and worked several years as an electrical engineer before obtaining his Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from the University of Oklahoma. He completed an Anesthesiology residency and received specialized training in Interventional Pain Management techniques.

Karla Beard, RN, MSN, ANP-BC
Clinical Director
Karla Beard is a visionary nurse practitioner and healthcare leader with over three decades of clinical and operational expertise. As the Clinical Director of LifeGenix Institute, she brings a bold, innovative approach to integrative and personalized care. Her leadership is rooted in a deep clinical foundation, having built and scaled multi-state medical practices from the ground up. Karla's career spans transitional care, infectious disease, hospice, primary care, and advanced telemedicine, always driven by a patient-first philosophy and a passion for transforming how healthcare is delivered. Her global impact includes serving as Medical Director of a full-time clinic in Zambia, where she helped launch and continues to guide a sustainable, community-led medical mission. Known for her strategic vision, compassionate care, and unwavering dedication, Karla Beard continues to redefine excellence in modern healthcare, both at home and across the world.
